I will tell you some ways to defeat some of the harder bosses.
Beady Long Legs
The giant spider at the Forest Navel. You can lose a lot of Pikmin to this guy! Once, I lost over 90 pikmin trying to defeat him.
-Use Yellow Pikmin. Go for the middle part of his body and throw the Pikmin on it. The legs might give you trouble so slow them down by letting Pikmin cling onto them.
Emperor Bulblax
This guy can take awhile to beat, and be quite a pain if you don't know what to do. He looks like a regular bulbear, only giga-sized.
-Use at least 70 reds and 30 yellows carrying bombs on this guy. When Bulblax first starts licking the Pikmin up, throw a Yellow Pikmin with a bomb to him. The bomb will explode in his mouth and he will be stunned. NOW ATTACK!!! Throw Pikmin on him for more damage. At the first sign of him waking up, call your Pikmin and hide! Repeat this process until he dies. Also, when his meter is halfway gone, he will start jumping and try to land on you. Be sure to be out of the arena when he does this.
Armored Cannon Beetle
This guy looks like a beetle and shoots rocks at your Pikmin. He can't really hurt the Pikmin, if your fast enough.
-When the beetle inhales to shoot a boulder, throw a Pikmin in its face to plug up his snout. The beetle's backside will lift to reveal a red area. Throw Pikmin in it, and watch his meter decrease! Repeat this process until he dies.
