Game Info |
-I've been looking forward to a game which has all the Sonic games. Sonic was one of my favorite game characters when I was young and one of the first games I played. Sonic Mega Collection brings back all the memories and more. It's packed with comic covers and movies along with 7 games: -Sonic the Hedgehog -Sonic the Hedgehog 2 -Sonic the Hedgehog 3 -Sonic & Knuckles -Sonic Spinball -Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine -Sonic 3-D Blast Gameplay: B+ There's nothing new here. You get some of the best games created all in 1 package for a low price. The Sonic games are emulated perfectly and even have some improvements. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is my personal favorite, mainly because of the save system. Sonic Mega Collection also inlcudes 5 unlockable games, most of which do not have Sonic in them. Graphics: C The menus look great and that's all the great graphics you'll see. The Sonic games are perfectly emulated, but not improved graphics, though I wouldn't expect them to do that. Challenge: A Most of the games are pretty basic, but some Sonic games are incredily hard! Sound: B+ I personally believe that the Sonic games have the best sounds ever. They sound great now and the tunes are good. Replay: B+ There are 5 unlockables and tons of comics and movies to watch. The 7 Sonic games themselves will last a long time. Overall: 85% "Sonic Mega Collection is easily one of the best compilations." |
