Our Name - RatworX is both an acronym for Research and Applied Technology that works and a play on the word skunk-works, which is defined as an usually small and often isolated facility that functions with minimal supervision within a company. Skunk work projects have often been the most successful since they are unencumbered by the drudgery of the typical R&D bureaucracy found in many product companies.

Our Mission - We strive to generate business opportunities for our customers and investors by creating patentable intellectual property through innovative product prototypes. We also offer our software, security, and IT expertise as services to our customers.

Corporate - RatworX Inc. is a self-financed and privately-held corporation. It was incorporated in the Province of Ontario, Canada in May 2000 as 1470113 Ontario Limited and later changed its name to RatworX Inc. in May 2001.
