The Hunter

Perhaps Michael and Tanya are biased, but they think that the Hunter Valley is one of the most beautiful places in Australia. With a strong tradition of unionism, centering around the mining and steel industries – the Hunter valley is rich in both culture and resources.

Today the Hunter is one of the preeminent wine districts in Australia – the heart of which is Pokolbin. With beautiful scenery and down to earth people, there is a lot to see and do in the Hunter Valley – wine tasting, history, ballooning, skydiving or just touring around.
