| 06/03/03 28 weeks 5 days Gee I do better taking pics of myself with my webcam than Bob does with a real camera! Anyway...I had a doctor appointment today. I am officially back up to my pre-pregnant weight. My bloodpressure is good and baby's heartrate is around 160. As usual the doctor was laughing cause this baby just WONT stay still for a heartrate reading! I also had my glucose screening and an iron check done today. We went shopping last week and purchased the infant carseat and bouncer chair, which you can see by clicking HERE. The only other "big" baby purchase will be the co-sleeper, wich you can see HERE. OH and the other big news: I start seeing the doctor every other week now! Time flies! |

| 06/19/03 31 weeks Saw the doctor this past Tuesday. Again, all is well. My iron test and glucose test from the previous visit came back just fine. So it IS just two kids making me exhausted, not low iron levels! My BP is still on the low end of normal and there was no change in my weight. Baby is head down and his/her heartrate is fine. I see the doc again in two weeks, on July1st. |

| 06/27/03 Went shopping today and got a bassinette. We decided against the co-sleeper for a variety of reasons. I'm very pleased with this purchase and it has a few features the co-sleeper didn't: It vibrates, it rocks or can be stationary, it has the mobile, plays music AND has a nightlight feature. How cool is that? And it cost 45$ less than the co-sleeper! Now I can buy that new Land's End diaper bag without feeling guilty!! I'm *pretty much* set on baby basics now. I have a big pack of newborn diapers, a baby book, carseat, bassinette, bouncer, pacifiers and burp rags and baby toiletries. All that's really left is the boppy pillow and a few other nusing supplies, and of course, CLOTHES! Sure would help if I knew for sure whats in there! I ordered the "little tripper" diaper bag, as seen on the left, in black. When I had Janie, I found that I just didnt carry so much stuff, and used the small bag the hospital gave me, most of the time. SO this should be just perfect! |

| Well, that was a terribly boring and uneventful office visit. I've gained another pound for 6 pounds total. My BP is still low (110/60) and baby's heartrate is good and baby is very active as usual. He said not to worry about the contractions unless the contractions themselves are lasting longer. I go back in 2 weeks for my beta strep test. |

| Nothing new to report. I saw the doctor yesterday. All is well. I go weekly now and have another appointment for this comming Tuesday. I am SO done. |

| 07/31/03 37 weeks 0 days These belly pics are starting to get grotesque; I think this will be my last bare skin picture. Anyway, all is well. I saw the doctor yesterday, my cervix is mushy and anterior (facing the right direction), but closed up like Fort Knox. I had my beta strep test done, and I go back in one week. I have been contracting a lot on and off, but nothing consistant. I really hope it's not like this for the whole next 3-5 weeks. I want to be done NOW. |

| 08/06/03 37 weeks 6 days I didnt have my doctor appointment yesterday; all Tuesday's appointments were rescheduled for Saturday. SO Saturday at 9am it is. Still contracting on and off. Either I get strength but no consistancy, or consistancy and no strength. I tried walking this child out Saturday and only irritated my PSD. So now I can barely walk at all. We're almost done, we're almost done, we're almost done.... |
