Originally from planet Vegeta, she crash-landed on planet Earth approximately 6 months after Goku did. Her original destination was a planet called Venoqua, the Ice Planet, but the coordinates in her space pod were destroyed somehow and she headed for Earth. There was a time where Gayah actually surpassed Goku in power, mostly growing up into adulthood. She was not present for the battle with Raditz, she was hundreds of miles away, training her adoptive daughter Kitaria, who her and Goku found in the woods when they were 10 years old. By the time they faced Vegeta and Nappa, Gayah had fallen below her brother in power. Gayah discovered her true identity upon the arrival of Vegeta and Nappa to Earth. She is Princess of the Saiyans, although not blood royalty, she was chosen by King Vegeta to be the successor to the Saiyan race and to bare Vegeta's children. If there was ever a time that the Saiyans were threatened, Vegeta and Gayah (then known as Kakarita) would join their forces and destroy the threat. To this day, Gayah is the strongest female Saiyan left. And she still continues to play her role as Princess of the Saiyans. Gayah is also close to Vegeta. She challenged him to a fight when he arrived, but he refused to harm her. And on Namek, Gayah had fallen in love with Vegeta, but had not discovered this until after he was killed by Frieza. Her love of him started to fade after believing her life of fighting evil had no room for it. Her love of Vegeta deterrated completely upon the arrival of Zasyder. She later married Zasyder and bore his children, oldest daughter Fey'lya and youngest Zimena. |
