Her parents sent her back into the past as a baby to Earth because they knew she would be safe there knowing that Goku and Gayah, then 10 years old, were there protecting everyone. So really Kitaria looks up to Goku and Gayah as the parents she never had. She’s very loyal and also very powerful in body and spirit. She is always sure to get what she wants. No one has ever dared to trifle with her, for if you anger her, she will explode in a mist of hellfire, and she will march you straight to death. And this isn't taken lightly, for her temper is very fierce, inheriting this from Gayah, whose temper is very short as well. Kitaria doesn't get along very well with Vegeta, but this is only because they both refuse to realize how much alike they truly are.
