Garlic 
Use regularly in cooking to help reduce cholesterol levels and boost the immune system.  Cloves containing volatile oil, which is antiseptic and antibiotic.  Garlic has been used as a medicine and as a tonic food for thousands of years.
Aloe Vera
Has a long history as a skin lotion.  Is an excellent first aid remedy to keep in the home for burns, scrapes, scalds, and sunburn.  A leaf broken off releases soothing gel, which maybe applied to the affected part.  The gel is useful for almost any skin condition that needs soothing and astringing, and will help varicose veins to degree.
Galangal
In traditional Chinese herbal medicine, galangal a warming herb used for abdominal pain, vomiting, and hiccups, as well as for diarrhea due to internal cold.
Celery
The seeds are used for treating rheumatic conditions and gout.  They help the kidneys dispose of urates and other waste products, and reduce acidity in the body as a whole.  The seeds are useful in arthritis, helping to detoxify the body and improve the circulation of blood to the muscles and joints.  Celery seeds have a midly diuretic and significantly antiseptic action urinary turules.  Celery and carrot juice make a nutritious, cleansing drink that is good for many chronic illnesses.  Celery seeds are beneficial for chest problems such as asthma and bronchitis.
Cayenne
The herb's heating avalities make it a valuable remedy for poor circulation.  It improves blood flew to the hands and feet and to the central organs.  Applied locally to the skin, cayenne is midly analgesic.  It is also rubefacient, increasing blood flow to the affected part, and this helps to stimulate the circulation in "cold" rhematic and arthritic conditions, aiding the removal of waste products and increasing the flow of nutrients to the tissues.  Cayenne may also applied to unbroken chilblains.  Cayenne is taken to relieve gas and colic, and to stimulate secretion of the digestive juices.  It helps prevent infections in the digestive system and will counter infection of present. A pinch of cayenne is excellent in gargles for sore throats.  Cayenne is also useful for some types of diarrhea.
Tarragon 
Are rich in iodine, mineral salts, vitamins A & C.  Infuse as a digestive and general tonic.
Lavender
Infuse as a tea to soothe headaches and calm nerves.
Mints
Infuse as a tea to help digestion, colds and influenza.
Basil
Steep a few leaves in wine for several hours as a tonic.  Infuse as a tea to aid digestion.  Basil has many uses in aromatherapy.
Marjoram
Infuse as a tea for colds and headaches.
Oregano 
Infuse as a tea for coughs, nervous, headaches, and irritability.
Parsley
Chew raw to freshen the breath and promote healthy skin.
Anise
Infuse as a comforting antiseptic tea for colds and coughs.
Rosemary
Stimulates circulation and eases pain by increasing blood supply where applied.  Aids in the digestion of fats.
Roses 
Infuse for a tonic and astringent tea.
Sage
Aids digestion and is antiseptic, antifungal and contains estrogen.  Helps to combat diarrhea.  An infusion of sage leaves after a meal can help digestion.
Thymes
This has the strongest medicinal qualities, although any thyme can be used.  Infuse as a tea for a digestive tonic and for hangovers.  Sweeten infusion with honey for convulsive coughs, colds, and sore throats.
