    So You Want to Join?

    Here are the steps that need to be followed to join the SPICE Webring. Please follow them exactly, as it will ensure that you get in.

    You must have something on your site to let everyone know that you are a member of the ring. You must copy and paste the HTML Fragment below and paste them on your page.

    If you want it to look like the above, click here to see the HTML code for it. Simply copy everything from the HTML code and paste it onto your page. Don't link the images from this page to yours. It will clog up server time. Simply copy the image from your cache file and insert it into your own directory.

    Once you have the fragment inserted into your page's coding, do what is asked below:

    1. Change the e-mail address and name so that they are your own.
    2. The webring link should point to http://www.oocities.org/mijoya1/index.html
    3. Fill out the below form to submit your site (Include "http://" at the beginning of your URL). Note that this does not insert you in the Ring. It merely makes you known to theSPICE Webring, and gives you a site id number. The actual insertion to the Ring is done later.

    4. Change all of the ________ blanks in the HTML fragment you have on your page to what is appropriate to your site. For instance, where the blank is after "id=", you delete the blank line and type in your id number. Where the blank is after "mailto:", type your e-mail address. You must delete all the lines and brackets. Do not leave the # sign or anything. If your ID # was 120, then it should say id=120.
    5. When you are done this, e-mail me (e-mail: hisjoya@aol.com) telling me your site ID and your URL (address) . Take note: If I view your page but the HTML fragment has not been added, then your site will not be accepted.






    So You Want to Change Your Profile?

    This is for Members Only and is of no use at all to non-members. This is used to change your profile if something has changed (ie -- you've moved and you have a new URL or a new e-mail address). You can also change your password, delete yourself from the ring, etc. Just put in the correct information below and make your changes on the screen that follows it.
