My name is Mike Bright and I'm 46 years young (as of 2009). Origami is
just a phase in my life - which has lasted since age 12. I'm sure I'll
grow out of it.....once I'm dead and buried. Gotta thank my parents for
this hobby. It was a choice between fishing and origami. I detest
intentionally killing or harming things, so origami it was. It all
started with Robert Harbin's Origami 1, which I still have to this day.
It's taken me 30 years to get creative and fiddle/doodle up some of my
own designs, which you can now see below.
Below are shown a few pictures that
represent some of the models I have folded. Either click on
the individual category headings for pictures of all of the
models within that category or just click on the name of the
model to go directly to the free diagram itself. This site now
incorporates models that have come out of the Yahoo
Origami Skill Exchange Group - a group dedicated to
bringing model creators and diagrammers together.
Update 15th Oct 2006
- Due to limitations imposed by my web host, Yahoo Geocities,
on the amount of visitors I can have to my site, I have now
moved some portions of my site to other sites that I run. So,
don't be alarmed if the format of the page you visit, changes
somewhat - you're still in my site and I'm still trying to
provide 100% customer satisfaction!!
