Plate Armors

Heres my homage to plate armors. I'll say it again im not interested in making museum replicas. though at some point I make a few, but they arent below. However what is below are my interpreations of designs and patterns, some mixed across time periods. Honestly I have two concerns when making armor. 1. is it functional? can my ninpo/jujutsu ass perform techniques in it? will it protect me from some seven foot ox weilding a seven foot stick of rattan? 2. Does it look fine? and im not talkin oh you look fine as in ok, im talking Halle Berry fine. ;) Cheers, Joe

Ah the 'Visa Goth' suit. My most intense suit so far engraving wise. Intended to kep ya but you were to rich for my blood. ;)

Three quarter suit. you are the grandpappy of all these other suits of this style.

I love color. When I was a child they tried to tell me the world was black and white. but then i looked out and sure I could see black and white, but nobody said nothing about all the colors in between. And red is a damn fine example.  and it looks good on armor.

Here's some pics of pieces. spent many years not having enough cash to buy enough leather for full suits, so I had to make pieces and auction them off and hopefully make rent on time...
