Mirzabeyoğlu is a thinker and a man of art, who, with his published 41 books, has been a remarkable figure in the intellectual life of Turkey. He is a revolutionary thinker.

All of his works are in the form of compliation.

Turkey is a country where people are terribly in need of justice (both legal and social); equality in law; freedom; security of life, property, chastity; equality of opportunity; a free society; a government having character; self-culture and self-confidence; a fair distribution of income and social peace.In such a country, people who are aware of the wrong-doings and who think they should take actions in order to correct these wrong-doings , have been effected directly or indirectly by his ideas as the only remedy to solve these problems. Thus, the IBDA MOVEMENT arouse.

This revolutionary ideology still keeps up its presence in legal and illegal formations.

Mirzabeyoğlu was taken into custody by the police on December 25, 1998 with the assertion that he was the leader of the illegal IBDA-C organization (the Islamic Great Eastern Raiders Front) , detained by the İstanbul State Security Court and imprisoned in Metris Jail. He is being tried at the Istanbul State Security Court Number 6 for "attempting to replace the Secular Constitutional order with Islamic Sheriah rules." He faces death penalty.

In order to protest his illegal and unjust imprisonment, Mirzabeyoğlu has not attended the hearings for a long time.

The government organized a murderous operation into the prison

on January 25, 2000, under cover of taking Mirzabeyoğlu for trial.Whereas 4 days before this operation, Mirzabeyoğlu and other 2 defendants had informed the Prison Administration and the Prison Prosecutor about their decision to attend the hearing. Also, Mirzabeyoğlu had prepared his defence of about 200 pages, and this had been a complete "book scaled defence".It was going to be published as his 42nd book.

This murderous Metris Operation has a long story, which also needs to be examined closely.

In this operation, although none of the detainees had shown any resistance or uprising, a gendarme troop, which was specially trained for assassinations in prisons, and which had realized the Ulucanlar Prison raid and massacre in Ankara (in which 11 detainees were killed), stormed the ward where Mirzabeyoglu and other 60 IBDA-C detainees were kept at 4 am on January 25,2000 without warning or informing them, and threw hundreds of gas bombs and other chemical bombs into the tiny ward from the roof where they were placed.

When the operation was over, Mirzabeyoğlu was submitted alive and healthy by the soldiers. Then his hair was cut off and his beard was shaved off, his hands were handcuffed at the back and beaten to death with the intention of lynching. Because of the strokes of kick, fist and butt, he fainted. So, they stopped torturing him thinking that he died.

Because Mirzabeyoglu had practiced boxing in his youth, he has a resistance against strokes, and he knows which strokes can cause vital danger. After having got rid of that confusion, he said: "Beside all the insult and swear-words, I got more than 15 kickes on my head. I don't mention the strokes I got on the other parts of my body. I cannot still understand how I came out from there alive."

Under these conditions Mirzabeyoglu was taken from Metris Prison, that smelt blood, gun-powder, chemicals and smoke, and brought to Kartal Prison and put alone in a humid cell of 5 m² in the surveillance division. His hands, his face and all his body were seriously wounded. They tried to break his leg when he fainted. So, this leg was three times thicker than the other one and he was not able to stand on that leg. Due to the strokes he had had, he was frequently fainting. I don't know whether it is necessary to say or not, but he was not examined by any doctor, he was not given any medicine and his wounds were not dressed.

The Cartel Media, which sniffed the blood, were screaming joyfully:

"Finaly the State proved that it was a State".

In this confusion, even to mention hair and beard seems to be foolish. But probably this situtation must be a different fantasy for the sadist Cartel Media that without waiting for the next day to see his final situation, they themselves shaved Mirzabeyoglu on their PCs. This shave was so important for them that they wrote about their fantasy with an exaggeration...

Next day, January, 26.

Under unusual security precautions, Mirzabeyoğlu was present at the State Security Court, with his body wildly hurt, his face full of wounds and bruises, his hair cut off and his beard shaved off by the State, with his clothes in blood and mud. It was unbelievable but although he was not able even to stand, the Judge asked for his defence but did not ask who did this to him or how this happened.

After this Law scandal, we, as the Attorney Lawyers, withdrew from the case...

The trial was postponed to February 21 for him to prepare his defence...

The Cartel Media were extremely happy. They wrote:"He was turned to a plucked hen..."

In a one person cell in the prison he started to write his defence again in ill health and wounded situation. With the purpose of destroying the evidences, his book scaled defence was burned by the soldiers who realized the Metris Operation. If they had not burned this defence, it would be understood that there was no acceptable reason for this operation.

On February 21, he read his defence at the court, which he was able to write only for 26 pages under these conditions. When the conditions he was in was considered, I, as a lawyer, can say with a single word that this defence was "marvellous"...

The trial was postponed for two months for him to complete his defence...

AND whatever it was, it happened after this defence...

Some strange situations started to appear...

He started to say that he had difficulties in writing and condensing his thoughts...

He was talking about very interesting events which he experienced in his cell and trying to understand what they could be...

He completed the second part of his defence desperately and gave it to me hastily, and up to the trial day he never looked at it even for correction...

In Kartal Prison in his one-person cell which was designed specially, he was exposed to an extreme harrassment and torture by means of different ways including the Remote Mind Control Technology, all of which was organized by CIA and a Turkish Intelligence Agency. This period ended in "attempt for suicide."

Then, he was transferred to another cell. After this change, the attacks and the torture ended. Now, he is in good health and is working on his 42nd book which tells about the attacks and the torture he lived through.
