| ×Newspaper Articles× 2007 Hi there, this is Brittany Webb, Press Reporter for Mission Dairy. On the twelveth of January, we had our first meeting of the year, and welcomed some new members to our small, but growing club. Now we have sixteen members in our club; four seniors and twelve juniors. We had our elections at our first meeting and here are the results, for club President Bree Patterson, Vice President Brent Webb, Treasurer Kelsey Patterson, Safety Officer Phebe Hunter, Secretary Lucy Smoker, Press Reporter Brittany Webb, Fundraising/ Special Events Chris Browne & Elizabeth Browne, and a new position in our club, Club Photo./ Web Monitor Jessica Browne. Our next meeting will be on Feburary 9th and we are all looking forword to doing our speeches. We are hoping for a fun filled year, and that's all for now. * * * Hi there again! On Fedurary 9th we had our second meeting of the year at which we did our speeches and had two new members join our club. Everyone did a fabulous job! For junior speeches Hallie Rounthwaite and Kelsey Patterson are going to districts and Bree patterson and Brittany Webb are going to districts for senior speeches. Our bottle drive that we had at the end of January went well and the swimming we went to afterwards was a blast! On the 20th of February we went skating and it was really fun, fun, fun! That's all for now. * * * Hey there everyone! Wow, this has been a great summer; so many great memories with great people! As a club we have gone to Maple Ridge and Chilliwack fair, we also did our club and district achievments at Maple Ridge Fair. Congradulations to everyone; you did so well in showing! I'm betting we are all working hard on our record books, putting those finishing touches in, to make them look that much more pretty. I hope you all had as much fun as I did, and are all as excited as me to go to the Agassiz Fall Fair on the 15th of September. Can't wait till next summer already! |
