WELCOM TO NEW WORLD ORDER IN FULL EFFECT

Listen up!  My name is PHUK US.  I am the  Commander of the GREY Bragade Commission.  I'm your neighbor, in many ways, you might say.  I live underground, and keep hidden away, out of sight.  After all, I don't want to frighten you Earthlings.  I know we're kind of cold when we abduct you.  We don't have any feelings, so we can't  feel shit for you.  That's just the way it is.  Anyway, we and the ORION reptilians gave your government the technology it presently has, and we gave them the idea of getting plastic from crude oil waste products.  We also did the SHROUD thing,  with a HOLOGRAPHIC PROJECTION.  That was fun. It was how we colonized your "Jesus God" imagery.  Pretty clever, huh?  We're some smart little suckers.  Well, not so smart always.  We got ourselves suckered into working with the ORION reptiles.  We let them experiment on us in our urgency to remain in physical forms.  We forgot that you can't trust a snake.  They manipulated our DNA and screwed us good.  Now we've been enclsved to them, and forced to do their dirty work. Listen!  I'm gonna go hit this.  We can talk later.

Oh yeah!  By the way! You've got some dope ladies on this planet.  I have come to.....You know how they say it, admire you people, regardless of how gullable you suckers are.  You're easy to get over on. An easy touch, like they say. You need to expand your consciousnesws, and see reality as a multidimensional principle.  You believe too much in fairytales now.

Until you understand the interpenetration of the dimensions with each other and the galaxy as an entire multidimdnsional spectrum, you will continue to see the galaxy as a merely third-dimensional form, whose behavior will always puzzle, bewilder, and baffle you. What you experience as electricity is the rhird-dimensional residual of radion. Radion itself consists of six types which account for the quality and kind of circulation in time of any third-dinmensional phenomenon.  These powers of circulation produce something akin to what you call voltage and combine to create thirteen lines of force and seven types of radial plasma.  Certain of the lines of force combine to create what you call DNA, or genetic material. The first dimension is what we refer to as the lunar or life dimension which, with the second dimension, what you call electricity, creates the third dimensional plane of existance.  Being electrical, the second dimension accounts for the construct of the organs of perception and is directly related to the fourth-dimensional electrical body or holon.  In actuality the third dimension is mind, but mind as form.  It is from this knowledge of mind as form-endowing power, that pulsar riding is based.  And it is pulsar riding that  is the most distinguishing and universal charateistic of the Arcturus Probe.
