The GALACTIC FEDERATION heads a vast MULTIDIMENSIONAL COLLECTIVE, produced several millions  of years ago, for the purpose of repelling any distructive activity of the REPTILIAN FORCES, against the human species in this galaxy.  It is composed of human and non-human beings, with intelligence reaching into the thirteen dimensions of this  galaxy and the Andromedian galaxy as well. One of its principle concerns, is the overseeing of our sector of the galaxy developing in an atmosphere of freewill, as dictated by  the universe and the Spiritual Hierarchy of this galaxy.
