| It is said there was once a sound Heard by so few, yet so many The sound of silence, louder than words Quieter than silence, louder than thunder. To speak of the sound was to lie As no word could tell its truth To listen, was to hear unheard rhyme Silent as noise, as loud as silence To tell meant pain and unheard word Falling unheard upon mute ears. To feel was futility A sound as dead as rock, but alive With emotion unfelt since time began To hear its beauty makes the ears blind For it has beauty beyond matter. I heard the sound but I can't tell I have tried for an eon and a day It is far too complex for repetition Far too simple to understand If you could hear this sound Could you comprehend it's song? Or would you be driven insane, taken to the edge Then back to the beginning for it to start again But did it start at all? If you could hear the sound Would you listen? IceDragon.. |
| But like a phoenix they did rise again, these beings of light, sacred times do tell of one who will forever rise again, to shine as the sun has shone though the eons, of the ages, Forever chosen to light the sky at night, With sparks of fire to illuminate this land, With coals of golden amber thrown across the land. The bird of fire with wings of gold, came swooping down from the heavens , From the ashes she rose, this bird of fire, this eagle of love, this bird of hope, the phoenix of love to bring us all home, coming home she knows her fate is upon the pyre. On the wings of a eagle, the flame of love tipped wings, the golden spray of the heavens comes the new hope, the new day, the way to be, the way to go, the way home, FIRE!!!, FIRE!!! like the gates of hell, the devils domain. This bird of fire arises from the depth of the flame, this phoenix of fire is coming on home, this phoenix of love is setting us free, free to be the souls of love, to shine upon the sky’s above, to light the seas below with the lightly joys of love.
