As you approach
the tree you find that all isn't
what it initially appeared to be.
In fact....
The tree's roots
are laying within
ground
that was once
a nuclear/chemical
wastefield.
This tree is beautiful.
It's fruit is bright, red, shiny
mouthwatering and VERY appealing to see.
BUT.....
The roots of this tree
are corrupted, contaminated, deadly.

Do you,
once you know the roots
of this tree...
still partake of it's fruit?
Do you continue to
share the knowledge of the tree
as well as it's fruit
with your friends and family?
OR
Do you turn away from it
and refuse to be anywhere near it
for you know you will
suffer tremendously from it?
This story is a parable.
It is, in essence, what happened to me when I joined
"The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints"

The Trees are like different churches in the world.
"The Tree" is the LDS church.
The LDS church may look awesome on the outside
but behind the facade, it's dangerous and unhealthy.

Meanwhile....much good and The God in the bible
are found in many other churches.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
appears very "Christian-like" on the outside. Many members and many people in the world are not aware of the roots(the history) of the LDS church contains. Joseph Smith is the LDS founding "prophet" who they credit for restoring the "church" on earth today.  He was a fraud!  He was corrupt.  He was a liar, an adulterer, a bully, and a con artist.
Brigham Young was ultimately responsible for the Mountain Meadows Massacre and therefore a murderer.  Both were false prophets. As the LDS church is founded primarily on these two "prophets", it has corrupt "roots".
No matter how good the LDS church appears on the outside.........
it can not escape its true origin, its foundation.

I urge you, if you are a member of the LDS church, to take a close look at the roots of your church.  Study all of the information about the church.
Take it's prophets and doctrine to the Bible and test it.
Your ETERNITY is at stake.  Act now.

For God so loved the world, He gave His only Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, shall not perish but have eternal life!   - John 3:16   (Desiree Rodcay, 6/2002)
