The FDA recently issued a warning about using Motilium (domperidone) as a galactagogue.  It is my personal opinion (and the opinion of many lactation professionals) that this is a scare tactic resulting from pressure by one or more formula manufacturers -- one of these manufacturers is, in fact, associated with the manufacturer of Reglan, Motilium's U.S. competitor.  You of course have every right to research this information yourself and make your own informed decision if you have considered using Motilium.  Below are some links to get you started.
