Inside the Composer | ||||||||||||||||
Composers are odd people aren't they? Some are so genius they become alienated from society, some are bawdy part animals, others are just rather normal. So who exactly do we think we are, trying to get inside the mind of the composer? It's a tough job, but it's very important if we are to understand their work fully. It takes much time and effort (not to mention countless numbers of sleepless nights reading) but in the end it really pays off knowing what the composer was thinking when he or she wrote a certain song. We've tried to explain several composers in this section, but in all honesty, I don't think we could do them justice even if we dedicated hundreds of pages to them. | ||||||||||||||||
