If you endorse the previous two statements, I welcome you to submit your application for citizenship to the city of Vonda. If you are accepted, you will be a provisional citizen for 1 month, afterwhich the Ubar or Council may promote you to full and permanent citizen, assuming you still are interested in Vonda.
