Hello Everyone ! This is my first journal entry though I've been following the Body For Life Program for 1 month now. I entered the challenge on June 23. It took me this long to decide to put up this web page and even longer to figure out how to do it! I'm definitely not cut out for webhosting. Anyway, I couldn't figure out how to make a table to list my exercises so I decided to enter the info into my journal pages instead. Today will be my first entry (Yeah!) I've been sick for the past week and a half and haven't done a thing! I feel sluggish and guilty and I'm looking forward to my workout today. I hope I can at least pick up where I left off :~)

height: 5'8" weight: 179 lb BMI: 27 body fat percentage: 26.5%
Measurements (in inches): neck: 13 1/2, bust: 42 1/2, arm: 12 1/2, waist at belly button: 37, belly - some of you moms out there know what I'm talking about :): 40 1/2 hips: 42, thigh: 25, calf: 14 1/2...How embarassing..... |
