Hello Everyone ! This is my first journal entry though I've been following the Body For Life Program for 1 month now. I entered the challenge on June 23. It took me this long to decide to put up this web page and even longer to figure out how to do it! I'm definitely not cut out for webhosting. Anyway, I couldn't figure out how to make a table to list my exercises so I decided to enter the info into my journal pages instead. Today will be my first entry (Yeah!) I've been sick for the past week and a half and haven't done a thing! I feel sluggish and guilty and I'm looking forward to my workout today. I hope I can at least pick up where I left off :~)

MY STATS ON JUNE 23, 2002:

height: 5'8"
weight: 179 lb
BMI: 27
body fat percentage: 26.5%

Measurements (in inches):
neck: 13 1/2, bust: 42 1/2, arm: 12 1/2, waist at belly button: 37, belly - some of you moms out there know what I'm talking about :): 40 1/2
hips: 42, thigh: 25, calf: 14 1/2...How embarassing.....

I really had to push myself, but I did it! I got back on the ball and did my cardio last night. I had to wait till midnight for all of the kids to fall asleep, then I put in the Basic Tae Bo tape. I think it is a pretty good way to exercise and follow the high point technique outlined in the book. I did the cool down but skipped my ab routine I usually do after cardio. I was too tired!
