Whoowee! That was a tough workout! But it's my own fault for putting it off so long. I worked my upper body and it was a killer. If you only listen to one thing I say, please pulleeze don't try to lift weights without gloves! I couldn't find mine (my kids probably put them on their Brandy barbie's or something)...My hands hurt like a mickey fickey.Anyhoo- for my upper body workout I did the following exercises, reps and used the following weights. Dumbell Flyes 12 reps/3 lb, 10 reps/10lb, 8/15, 6/15 (couldn't make it to 25), 12/10...dumbell bench press 12/15. Side raises 12/3, 10/10, 8/10 (couldn't do the 15), 6/10...shoulder shrugs 12/15. One arm dumbell rows 12/10, 10/15, 8/25, 6/25, 12/15...dumbell pullovers 12/10. Bench dips 12 reps, then 10 reps, 8, 6, 12...hammer curls 12/15. I then added 10 side bends using 10 lb weight, 20 military ab leg throw thingys that my husband learned in boot camp and20 bicycles. It's true that this can all be done in 45 mins like the program recommends -you just have to focus. Again, it was past midnight when I started lifing. I need to plan my days better. I did well on the eating plan though.Didn't cheat at all even though my girlfriend brought over a plate of greens and dressing! :~)

More to come...Thanks for dropping by...

Great aerobic workout ! Definitely a 10! Of course,I did Tae Bo Basic. I was sweating like a pig because I had the doors and windows closed. My husband says the more you sweat, the more you lose. Wonder if that's true? Don't want to pass out. LOL
