RULES
May be single, married, divorced or widowed.

Ages 13 and up may compete.

No size, weight, or height requirements.

No previous experience necessary.

Must be in good health and moral character.

Minors must have guardian's signed consent.

May hold concurrent titles in other pageants.

Appearances are mandatory once a title is acquired.

Entrant acknowledges use of likeness by pageant and its agents without further compensation for same.

Decision of judges is final.

Personal checks will NOT be accepted.  May pay with money order, traveler's check, cachier's check or paypal.







Delegates are scored on their individual merits and not compared with other contestants.  Points will be determined as follows:

Essay- 50% score of 1-50.

Please answer any 10 of the 15 essay questions.  Please keep answers to less than 1000 words.  Essay is to be placed in achievement portfolio in a designated section.

Achievement Portfolio- 50% score of 1-50.

This is meant to be a process in which you find your unique and special place in the world and share your own individual achievements with us.  Yes!  A "stay at home mom" is as big an achievement as a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Yale.  This is where you tell us WHY this is an achievement.  You determine the info you want us to know.  Our suggestion is to have at least four areas to showcase your diversity.  We suggest you place in a three ring binder place the following info:
  
     Comminity service- include news paper clippings, articles,
     and  photos.

     Education- includes continuing education & life experiences.

     Personal achievement- anything you feel is an achievement
     including motherhood.

     Miscellaneous- anything else you want us to know about you!

     Essay questions- answer 10 of the 15 and place in portfolio.

    Photo- place a photo or collage in the front of the portfolio
     so we can see who you are.  Photo is not judged
