Becoming a member is easier than ever, as we offer you two convenient ways to become a member!
As listed in our "Be Our Guest" area, you may join us at a Monthly Business Meeting. There, we will be able to chat with you about any questions that you may have and present you with a welcome packet which will include a membership form, and a few information pages that we find beneficial to our new members.

We offer you a downloadable PDF file of our membership form for you to fill out and return it to us at our monthly meeting or you may call one of our Membership Vice Presidents for a listing of upcoming events and arrange your visit. We will present you with your welcome packet at that time.
Membership has an annual fee of $25 and is due with your membership form, checks made payable to:
"The MOMS Club of Mt. Airy East".
