| My Old Muddy Trainers Photos Gallery 1 |
| I have been getting my trainers muddy since I was a young teenager, and long before digital cameras and the internet for sharing such interests with others. So I thought it was time to start to put a sample of my photos of my old muddy trainers onto this site for everyone to enjoy. The pictures are NOT very good quality - normally taken with a fairly basic compact camera, with a not-too-great flash. These have since been scanned in, so please bear this in mind compared to the better quality I work towards elsewhere on this site. But for old and young trainer-mudders, maybe these photos will bring back some good memories of the trainers you used to get muddy too? Let me know at muddytrainers@yahoo.co.uk if they do! They certainly remind me of the 'fun' of being an horrible teenager who used to walk around in muddy trainers - and leave muddy footprints in the house, even if I did used to get into a lot of trouble for it at the time. | These were my first 'proper' trainers I chose so I could get them muddy. At school these popular Adidas indoor soccer trainers were worn by many of the older lads, and they seemed to have been made for getting muddy. The 'herring-bone' sole held the mud well... at least until I got into the school and left trails of muddy footprints on the corridors on wet days until they were clean :0))) [A very belated 'sorry' to my school cleaners!] |

| These Pumas were the first trainers I brought with my own money from my first part-time job, and I brought them to get very muddy too! The astro-turf soles held the mud very well, and I enjoyed walking around in the house and putting my muddy feet up on the sofa. |
