My Mysterious Parentage
I am obviously a non-pedigreed cat born and bred on the void decks of Singapore's HDB flats (unless I was someone else's lost kitten, KittyGod forbid) ... a local drain cat ... though I have some interesting genetic markings in me.
I have the Burmese gene coloring ... my fur is a dark silky satin sheen of sable brown all over, almost black ... with no trace of any markings ... and the roots of my hair is lighter in color than it's tip ... and the fur under my belly is a lighter shade of brown. I have a distinct nose break from my side profile .... and large expressive copper-gold eyes on a rather round solid head. My fur is thick and lustrous ... could I possibly have some semi-long hair genes in me? I wonder .... hmmm ... perhaps my parents were two star crossed lovers, one pedigreed the other a local tramp, hence my abandonment at an early age due to my mix-breed blood .... but regardless of my mysterious parentage, I'm still a pretty lil' bundle of pure combustible Joy! |
