| This page is dedicated to African sports and celebrates the physical achievement of Africans everywhere. Earlier in the year, the continent held the Africa Cup tournament, hosted by Nabowin. We are currently searching for states that would like to enter the next football/soccer competition.The tournament begins September 1st and ends with the final match on October 1st. The country of Anjouan has been kind enough to volunteer hosting this month-long event. Anjouan would like to challenge the brightest and best national football/soccer teams in Africa and invite them to Col Mohammed Bacar Stadium in Mutsamudu for an exciting month of the sport Africa loves so much. |

| OOC: To ensure the game is not biased toward any state, a statistical formula will be used. The relative strengths and weaknesses of each team will be derived from certain indicators from nationstates that have already been predetermined and have to do with the population specifically (not with political or economic conditions). The statistical formula's only purpose is to throw enough "chance" into the equation so that an inferior team could beat a superior team, albeit those chances woudl depend on the comparative advatanges. This way, the tournament would remain as realistic as possible. |
