Hi Lauren! We finally had a sunny day here so Ivy and I enjoyed our walk. We have had a robin knocking on our living room window all day. He sees himself but thinks it is another robin. Hi Lauren!! Ivy and I were singing the "Rain, Rain Go Away" song all day. When we took our walk we had to tiptoe over lots of earthworms--I think they were out for a bath today!! Well, then the rain came down real hard on us so we had to run home. Do y u like jelly beans? I think I'll have to get some, they are my favorite Easter candy after M&M's, of course!! Welcome home, Lauren! Heard you got home on Monday! We are having a rainy day in Michigan but I've heard that by Sunday, the sun will be back. Well, Ivy rolled herself in some pretty stinky pooh at the park this afternoon. PPPPPPPUUUUUUUUU!! And she rubb d some of it on to another dog so I kept getting away from her--didn't want that yucky stuff on me. I had to give her a bath with her drinking water before she got back in the car!! Gave her a little "birdie" bath at home and now she's smelling like a ro e! Hope you had a fun day!! Love, Margi

Lauren you were so cute today when I visited you in the hospital. Even connected to the tubes, you manage to play. We spent some time in the playroom and we got to pick out a book to read. Hi Lauren, It has been a while since I've checked in to see how you were doing, but that doesn't mean that I don't think about you, because I do. I saw the new pictures of you in your pink hat, very cool! You look great kiddo. I have said this before and I will say it again. You are really an inspiration to me. Your strength is truely amazing. Your fight is much bigger than my small battle with depression, and you give me the courage to face the days, good and bad. Everyon has their heros/heroines Lauren, reguardless who you are. Hello Lauren! With Aunt Nean on the road I'm not sure if you are in the hospital now or not. I took Ivy to the park today, it was much warmer and she ran and ran. She kept coming back for treats, though. The 3 resident squirrels were not home today but s e tried real hard to find them. Hi Lauren, (oh so sorry, I heard you're going by the name Kenzie now). Did you like that big red M&M guy? I thought that he was pretty cool, too. I know that you go back to the hospital tomorrow for your next round of chemo and I'm sure you'll just con inue to amaze the doctors with all your energy. I have heard that other people with cancer have gotten rid of their dogs, afraid of germs, but that is not true, and I am glad you were able to have fun with the doggies! Hi Lauren!! We took Ivy to the dog park today where she can run and chase squirrels and sniff endlessly. There were lots of mud puddles that the dogs were playing in, one even layed down in it! they sure did need a bath when they went home! Ivy doesn't l ke the water so she didn't get muddy.
