Diminuative Minnie-May Hopkins was working as an under-age prostitute at a brothel in Chicago's China Town before her iron resolve, talent with explosives, and great demeanor with the customers at the Gunsmith Cat Gunshop caused Rally Vincent to hire her as her assistant. May can hide armed explosives in just about anything, and is therefore equally expert at finding and disarming bombs placed by others. She usually carries a variety grenades and explosives hidden about her person, ranging from harmless smokebombs to deadly fragmentation grenades.
May learned her trade from Ken Taki (a.k.a. Takizawa) a special effects expert and infamous bomb maker. He is a former mob hitman who has gone straight.

Becky Farrah is a private detective who is one of Chicagoland's top information brokers. She has a reputaton of being able to dig up information on anyone and anything within even the tightest of time tables. She does not, however, come cheap and usually demands payment in advance, even from long-time clients and friends like Rally.
Becky generally speaking likes to keep clear of dangerous situations, preferring to merely sell information to bountyhunters. However, part of the secret of her success is that she isn't afraid to conduct her own survellience operations and stakeouts if she is unable to get a clear picture of a situation from the safety of her office or through her network of informants.
