Gunsmith Cats is a high-action series created by Kenichi Sonoda. It focuses on Rally Vincent and her sidekick Minnie-May. Together, they operate a gunsmith shop and work as bountyhunters in the Chicago area. Whether they're chasing bail jumpers or sqauring off against sinister mobsters and corrupt cops, the adventures of Rally and Minnie-May always involve car chases, lots of elaborate gunplay. Whether you're a fan of Japanese cartoons and comics, or a lover of Hollywood-style action films, Gunsmith Cats is the series for you. It has been published in English by Dark Horse Comics, in a nine-volume graphic novel series. A three part animated series was also produced, but the original "manga" is far better.
The pages in this section of Steve Miller's Domain of Fun and Games adapt Gunsmith Cats to the excellent game system Big Eyes, Small Mouth (BESM). All characters and vehicle statistics were created using the point costs suggested for the “Hotrods and Guns” genre outlined in the Big Eyes, Small Mouth Second Edition rulebook. Gunsmith Cats is a perfect fit for the genre.
