About the Dumaguete Literary Arts (DuLA)
 
The Association is composed of creative writers, educators engaged in inculcating a deeper understanding and love for literature among non-practitioners of the literary arts, and persons who profess a profound appreciation for the written word and the literary arts, with a common goal for the preservation, development, and promotion of Dumaguete literary traditions and produiction.
