This Los Angeles based awesome foursome: Josh Keaton (19), Eric Stretch (18), Ric Felix (17), and Danny Zavatsky (16) are No Authority.

It all came together for the group who had been performing for the last few years in Southern California, when their manager Richard Walters of Smash Music took their demo to Jerry Greenberg and Jono Kohan of MJJ Music. They in turn gave it to Michael Jackson who loved what he heard and immediately signed them to his label.

No Authority's release of their new album "Keep On" on MJJ Music, sets the pace for this group to establish themselves as "the next level of the game" in today's music scene. Their music ranges from slamming uptempos to heartfelt ballads. The group's album was produced by some of the most cutting edge producers in the music business, including Rodney Jerkins, whose recent work (Brandy, Mary J. Blige, Brownstone, Aaliyah) makes him one of the hottest young new producers in the industry.

No Authority will immediately establish that they are major authorities on what today's youth are clamoring for.....hard driving beats accompanied by lyrics and vocal performances that come directly from the heart.

No Authority's musical influences range from R&B/Hip-Hop artists: Boyz II Men, Blackstreet, Snoop Doggy Dog, 112 and Take 6 to Pop/Rock artists: Madonna, Bush, Beastie Boys and of course Michael Jackson. That is why their album "Keep On" explores the group's vast musical spectrum. From the heart touching romance of "One More Time" and "Girlfriend," to the make you want to jump up and dance "Don't Stop" and "Up & Down," the one constant theme throughout the album is the groups ability to make each song infectious with their smooth harmonies, catchy melodies and unforgettable hooks.

All of the members of No Authority have entertainment in their blood and have always loved to perform. Besides their passion for singing, Eric and Ric love to dance. Ric has worked with Debbie Allen and Paula Abdul and Eric has won numerous dance awards. Josh and Danny love to be in front of the camera. Josh has appeared in Baywatch, Chicago Hope and is the voice of young Hercules in the Disney movie "Hercules," while Danny has worked with the directors, the Hughes Brothers (Dead Presidents and Menace II Society).

Unity has always played a great part in this group. Their friendship was established long before their music and this will always come first. No Authority, also get great satisfaction in performing for and pleasing every one of their fans. In their spare time they all enjoy just hanging out. Josh loves the movies and working on his 5.0 convertible Mustang. Danny is the skate boarder and surfer of the group. Ric loves to listen to music and play every video game ever made. Eric loves to go to parties, dance, and just kick back with his friends. No Authority's passion for singing and performing makes them irresistible, undeniable and unstoppable.

Once young music lovers get to hear and see No Authority, they will know what many music industry insiders already know: No Authority has The Authority to claim the title of "best new group" in recent memory.
