Amarant Coral

"The Flaming Amarant" is the willful and independant bounty hunter assigned to stop the heroes. When he sees the power Zidane possesses, he agrees to join the mission to save Gaia. However, Amarant continues to be competetive with Zidane and dismissive of the others, and his attitude can only be viewed as hostile. He's a real mystery. Why does Amarant have such an attitude and why does he remain in the party?

Amarant rips through enemies with claws and pounds them with knuckles. when properly equipped and taught the proper skills, he can be the fiercest warrior on the battlefield. In addition to his fighting skills, Amarant can inflict incredible amounts of damage to a foe by throwing various weapons (another reason not to sell items). Although your extra weapons will cause great amounts of damage, the best items to throw are pinwheels, rising suns, and wing edges. You can buy 'em anywhere :P

Amarant is a skilled assassin, but he can cast magic and perform skills to crush monsters and protect and revive his fellow party members. See, he isn't much of a dark loner after all. ^_^
