There are just a few steps to this. Just a few. ^^; The most important? Check my main page. Next to the link to this page, Submission Guidelines, you'll find a couple words. [currently accepting] or [currently not accepting] or somesuch. This means that well, either I'm accepting submissions or I'm not! Simple, ne? Please be patient about this. Danke.
Second step? (And the most important?)
*Please* go over your grammar. I *will not* take a fic that is riddled with grammar mistakes. I will send the fic back to you if the grammar does not stand up to my criterion. Depending on the situation, I will ask you to *please* go over the fic again and/or suggest you to get a beta reader to do it for you. In some cases, I will be forced to decline your fic due to its content and -- basically -- the way it is written.
If I do find *some* grammatical errors, not *many*, I will take the liberty to edit it myself for you. Just to warn you. ^^;; For typos and such...
Again, please make sure your piece of fiction is the highest quality you can make it. If you don't care about how your fic sounds like to another person, why should I? If you're not sure about what I mean by grammar errors, just check below. No, I am not overly fond of grammar. I *hate* grammar. >.<
And if you've plowed through all this -- Congratulations! Please send your *yaoi* fic either in the body of the email or as an attachment. But please note -- I very much prefer the fic being in the email, and not as a .zip, etc. It makes things much easier to work with for me. Attachments are fine, though; no worries! =)
Please include your pen name, warnings and summaries for the story. ^_^ Thanks so much!
some structure stolen off of my english sheet :g:

Are you interested in submitting some of your best yaoi fics? ^_^ Well then, The Obsidian BlaZe is the place you want! Be it fanfiction, original fiction or art! If it's yaoi or shounen-ai, I'll take it! ^_^
Send all submissions to Hazard Blue! Thanks for your interest!
This is *pretty* basic stuff. No problem, right?
1). Use quotation marks to begin and end direct quotations. Commas and periods are always placed inside quotation marks.
ex: "My, what a nice day to kill Relena," Duo said to himself.
Brief quotations that does not express a complete thought can begin with a small letter.
ex: What did he say again? Was it "malice toward none" or "malice toward one"?
2). Enclose parts of a divided quotation in quatation marks. The beginning letter of the second part should not be capitalized unless it starts a new sentence.
ex: "When the fire stops raining down from the heavens," they planned, "we will get our revenge!"
Start a new paragraph to indicate a new speaker!
ex: "I love you, Heeeee~eeeero," Relena sighed.
"And I despise you, Relena," he replied.
If you've gotten to this point, thank you for caring! ::grin:: And I really do mean that!
