According to the Constitution of the Old Lead Region Historical Society, “Any person interested in the purposes of the society shall be eligible for membership.”Our members come from all walks of life. Some are interested in research, some are interested in preservation of historic artifacts, structures and places, some are delving into their family history, while others are interested in costumed interpretation of frontier life in the 1820s and 1830s. Some are simply interested in learning a little bit more about this fascinating time in American history!
Persons interesting in joining the Old Lead Region Historical Society should contact the Secretary for our one-page membership application. Dues are $10 per year for an individual membership; $15 per year for a family membership. Dues are payable on December 31 for the next calendar year.
