Buffy (Anne) Summers-Lupin Status: Alive. Current place of living: Number 12, Grimmauld Place, London. Social status: Married to Remus Lupin. Has two children, Sarah & Phoebe. Birthday: January 21. Bio: Buffy Summers escaped to LA after the whole episode with Angelus, hoping to gain some peace and find herself. However, she found something much more. After being flunged into another dimenstion, and Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Buffy found she was also a witch, and she quickly gained several new friends in the marauders, along with Lily Evans, and Eliza de Mort - and she found her actual soulmate in Remus Lupin. After graduating from Hogwarts, Buffy found herself fighting in the middle of a war. As people died around her, and suspiscions were thrown from left to right and from right to left, Buffy was sent back to her own world by Albus Dumbledore, who deemed it for the best. Back in Sunnydale, she had to readjust to the life she once left, and rebuild the friendship she once had with the Scoobies - who had all changed in her absence...and of course, deal with another evil. During the years at the Hell-mouth, Buffy matured and grew to become both a wife and mother, succesfully able to combine her Slayer-life with her career and family. Now, she's back in the wizarding world, to meet another apocalypse, in the form of a resurrected Voldemort... Remus (John) Lupin Status: Alive. Current place of living: Number 12, Grimmauld Place, London. Social status: Married to Buffy Summers. Has two children; Sarah and Phoebe. Birthday: August 14 (unaltered version) or March 10 (revised version). Bio: Remus Lupin started his seventh year, thinking it would be just like every other, with general mayhem, expeditions and homework. He certainly did not expect to fall in love with a Slayer from another dimension. He definitely didn't expect that love to be returned. All in all, Remus was in for a happy surprise as all this came to pass. However, after Graduation, things became more difficult, as he joined the fight against Voldemort. Soon, distrust and suspiscious looks were flunged in his direction, as whispers about a traitor spread through the ranks. As if this wasn't enough, his anchor - his one and only love - Buffy - was sent back to her own world, and Remus found himself alone as friends became enemies, and the reaper waiting around every corner. Lost, and with nothing left to live for, Albus Dumbledore sent him to Buffy's dimension, where he had to adjust to a new life, as the only wand-magic user in that verse, while fighting alongside his Slayer once again. But now, he's back in the wizarding world, with the family he has made for himself, and must now face a war that might be even bigger than the first...is he up for the challenge? Sarah Summers-Lupin . Status: Alive . Current place of living: Hogwarts . Social status: Mother, father and a smaller sister. Birthday: March 29 . Bio: Sarah is the oldest child of the Lupin family, and a "wild-soul" at heart, which makes her a magnet for trouble. What is certain is that life around Sarah Lupin will never be dull, and who knows what predicament she will find herself in next? However, Sarah also adores her younger sister, Phoebe, and would die for her without question. Perhaps, now, when faced with a world of war, she will finally allow herself to grow up and become the brave young girl we know she has the potential to be... Phoebe Summers-Lupin Status: Alive . Current place of living: Number 12, Grimmauld Place, London. Social status: Mother, father and an older sister. Birthday: July 11 . Bio: Phoebe is the little angel of the Lupin family, and comes in a shy and quiet package. But now she will have to take responsibility for herself, as Sarah, her older sister is at Hogwarts. Perhaps her absence is exactly what Phoebe needs to come out of her shell? Sirius (Orion) Black Status: Alive. Current place of living: Number 12, Grimmauld Place, London. Social status: Single. Birthday: November 8 . Bio: When Sirius Black began his seventh year, nothing turned out the way he expected it to, as a Slayer arrived out of the blue. Buffy quickly became a new friend and soon enough, another girl entered his life: Eliza de Mort. The rest, as they say, is history: The heart-breaker everyone thought-would-stay-single-forever fell in love. After Graduation, Sirius found out the hard way that fighting the good fight was far from glorious. When Eliza got kidnapped, Sirius took off on a wild chase to get her back, with no result. Then, he was to be the Secret Keeper for his best friend and family when they were targeted. In the last second, however, Sirius switched, and Peter Pettigrew took over the task. This would prove to be his undoing. Peter betrayed them, and framed Sirius for the murder, while faking his own death and killing eleven muggles plus Eliza in the process... Mad with grief, and too much in a shock to be able to pleade his case, Sirius was sent to Azkaban, with only the Dementors and horrid memories as company. Twelve years after his imprisonment, he finally managed to escape, and he has now been reunited with Buffy and Remus. Currently, he is forced to live at Grimmauld Place, to avoid being caught...but how long can Sirius stand being stuck inside another "prison?" Will this be what finally makes him snap? Or will someone be able to save him...from himself? Eliza (Genevieve) de Mort Status: Deceased. Place of living at time of death: With Sirius Black. Social status at time of death: Engaged to Sirius Black. Birthday: December 1. Day of death: November 1, 1981. Bio: Eliza de Mort came to Hogwarts due to a complicated homelife, and a horrifying past, to try and escape her father, and her memories of him. After graduation, she fought bravely in the war against Voldemort, hating the evil he stood for and trying to prove she was nothing like her father. Too bad this couldn't save her from him: Eliza was kidnapped by her father, who had the intention of teaching her a lesson once and for all. Eliza managed to escape, though, and made her way back to the wizarding world - but too late. Eliza found Sirius, on a street, being cornered by Peter Pettigrew, who screamed something about Sirius being a traitor. Confused, Eliza could do nothing to prevent her own death, as the street exploded, and buried her under the falling debris, crushing her. Not too long after Sirius escaped from Azkaban, Eliza came to him in a dream. This was what finally gave Sirius closure, and enough willpower to keep a hold of his slipping sanity. The last time we saw Eliza, she stepped into the portal of rebirth, ready to move on and begin a new life. Harry (James) Potter Status: Alive. Current place of living: Surrey, Number 4, Privet Drive, the smallest bedroom. Social status: Currently living with his Aunt, uncle and cousin. Birthday: July 31 . Bio: Harry James Potter was a happy child, living with his parents and enjoying the visits from the marauders and Neville Longbottom. He quickly learned to both talk, and walk, and his favourite pasttime hide and seek. Unfortunately, Harry's happiness was not to last. A prophecy was made, that spoke of Harry being the "one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord", and he and his family went into hiding under the Fidelius Charm. On October 31, 1981, they were despite this found, as Peter Pettigrew betrayed their location, and Harry's parents were killed. Voldemort then tried to kill Harry, but the spell backfried, and the Dark Lord expelled from his body. Harry was viewed as a hero and became "the Boy-Who-Lived", but was sent to live with his aunt and uncle, (un)happily secluded and unaware of both his past and destiny, until one night, a giant knocked on the door...and his life was changed forever. After being an unwilling participant in the TwiWizard Tournament, Harry had to watch help- lessly as Voldemort was reborn. Now, he's about to enter his fifth year at Hogwarts, but unfortunately, things won't be as easy as he wishes, as no one wants to believe Voldemort is back...How will he be able to deal with all the whispering and slandering, and yet another incompetent DADA professor? James (Harold) Potter Status: Deceased. Place of living at time of death: Godric's Hollow. Social status at time of death: Married, with a son. Birthday: April 20. Day of death: October 31, 1981. Bio: James Potter was the unspoken leader of the Marauders, and also insanely in love with one Lily Evans, a muggle-born witch who never gave him a second glance. That all changed, when they entered their seventh year. Lily started to return his feeling, and after graduation, they got married. Their happiness seemed to know no bounds, despite the raging war, as Lily announced she was pregnant. On July 31, 1980, Harry James Potter was born and the couple got their happy ending. Right? Unfortunately, that was not the case, as the Potter family was targeted, when a prophecy that could have applied to Harry was made. Before going into hiding, James left some important possessions in Dumbledore's care, to be passed on to Harry, in case the worst would happen. James was unfortunately right to do this, as their Secret Keeper, Peter Petti- grew, betrayed them, and on October 31, 1981, Voldemort came to their home in Godric Hollow, and after a furious battle, James fell, protecting his wife and son until his last breath. However, Dumbledore has not yet upheld his promise of passing on the possessions to Harry, and up to date, an invisibility cloak and a photoalbum are the only things he has to remind him of his parents... Lily (Marie) Evans Potter Status: Deceased. Place of living at time of death: Godric's Hollow. Social status at time of death: Married, with a son. Birthday: July 9. Day of death: October 31, 1981. Bio: Lily Evans had always hated bullies - she had always hated one James Potter. But when she entered her seventh year had Hogwarts, she noticed something was happening with the earlier obnoxious thick-headed prat - he was growing up - and Lily found herself falling in love. James Potter and Lily Evans became the Fairytale couple of Gryffindor, as James proposed on Graduation day, and the young couple married. Despite the war, they mana- ged to find their own light, when Harry James Potter, the mirror image of his father, but with his mothers green eyes, was born. Howver, their happiness met its end, when the family was targeted when a prophecy was revealed. James and Lily hid under the Fidelius charm with Peter Pettigrew as their Secret Keeper. Unfortunately, he was not as loyal as they thought, and on Halloween 1981, Lily Evans Potter was killed by Voldemort, dying bravely while protecting her son, who became the Boy-Who-Lived and vanquished the Dark Lord, thanks to his mother's selfless sacrifice as a last powerful token of love that even now has an important role to play... |
Villains and minor characters Voldemort, a.k.a. Tom Riddle Voldemort's primary goal was to rid the world of muggles and take over the wizarding world, and for years he spread terror and evil across the country. However, his plans came to a stop when he attacked the Potters; Voldemort was expelled from his body, when his own killing curse bounced off of Harry Potter and hit himself instead. But during the last task of the TriWizard tournament, in Harry Potter's fourth year, he was resurrected, and is now bringing chaos to the world once again...in the form of doing nothing except trying to get his hands on a certain prophecy, by terrorizing Harry Potter in his sleep.. After all, why should he, when an incompetent Minister is doing him a favour by pretending he doesn't exist? Peter Pettigrew When Buffy arrived in the wizarding World, Peter fell in love with her, but soon, his "crush" turned into an unhealthy obsession. Peter, who has always been more of a "follower," started to feel left out, and this was taken advantage of: After Graduation, he was recruited by Lucius Malfoy on Christmas, and then brought before Voldemort. As mistrust grew in the Order and between the marauders, Peter managed to keep himself from being suspected, all the while passing along information to the Dark Lord. When the Potter's went into hiding, Peter was chosen as Secret Keeper after Sirius came up with a wild plan that consisted on fooling Voldemort. Well, someone got fooled, alright. Peter betrayed the Potter's location, and Voldemort attacked - but was defeated. When Peter realised this, he panicked - this was the end of him - unless he managed to fool everyone again. When Sirius found him, Peter screamed that Sirius had been the traitor, before he cut off his own finger, blew up the street, transformed into a rat, and fled down the sewers, effectively faking his own death and framing Sirius. Peter currently remains at large, and is one of Voldemort's most trusted, after helping him in his resurrection...and who knows what part he has left to play? Severus Snape During his school-days, Severus Snape was the one who fell victim to the marauders many pranks most often. This greasy-haired and hooked nosed Slytherin, spent time in his own company, studying either Potions or the Dark Arts. After Graduation, Snape officially joined Voldemort, but later, he switched sides, and became a spy for Dumbledore...or did he? Snape was also told by Voldemort to pretend to switch sides...who's side is he really on? No matter on which side he has his true roots, his being an alley of Dumbledore had its perks: After the war, Snape went free during his Death Eater trial, as Dumbledore vouched for him. At the moment, Snape resides as a Potions-Master and professor at Hogwarts, and has resumed his duties as a "spy" in the Death Eater ranks for the Order. Only time will tell where his true loyalities lie... Lucius Malfoy Lucius Malfoy has always found the purity of blood important, and so it is no bigger surprised that he joined Voldemort. Lucius home more often than not became Voldemort's and the Death Eaters stronghold, and he was also the one to recruit Peter Pettigrew. On the outside, Lucius has always remained an upstanding citizien, which has made it easy for him to affect the political wave in the Dark Lord's favour, and this also helped him go free on his trial, due to his moving statement of having been under the Imperius curse. After the Dark Lord's ressurrection, he re-joined the Death Eater ranks, and his current past-time is making trouble for the Order, by being a constant whispering bird of (bad advice) in Minister Fudge's ear... Bellatrix Lestrange Bellatrix Lestrange used to be Bellatrix Black, and she is also Sirius' cousin. Like so many other Black's before her, she joined Voldemort, As a Death Eater, she was ruthless, and showed no mercy, and because of this, she is viewed by many as the Dark Lord's favourite. After the Dark Lord's fall, she was one of those who tortured the Longbottom to insanity. Luckily, she was captured, and is currently residing in Azkaban prison. But for how long? Regulus Black - Deceased Regulus Black was Sirius little brother, and was the more favoured son, because he shared their parents view on purity of blood. After Hogwarts, he joined the joined the Dark Lord, and remained by his side, until he found out Voldemort had done an act so terrible, that Regulus couldn't handle it. Regulus deserted the Death Eaters, but was found and murdered...but not before carrying out one last act... Faith Lehane Faith arrived in Sunnydale about half a year after Buffy disappeared, and took her place as the Slayer. She also took everything else: She became Giles charge, Willow's and Xander's new best friend and Joyce's new daughter. Shortly said, she took over Buffy's life (despite the two being almost complete opposites), something Buffy became painfully aware of when she returned. The Slayers had much trouble getting along at first, but finally learned to fight side by side at last, finding a common ground after many misunderstandings. Willow Rosenberg Willow was Buffy's best friend, but when the Slayer disappeared, Willow, like everybody else, thought Buffy had abandoned them all, and she felt betrayed. When Faith arrived in town, she became the red-head's new best friend, and in the dark-haired Slayer's company, Willow quickly came out of her shell and went through many changes. She started to study wiccan magic, and after her relationship with Oz came to an end, she found her new love in Tara - another Wicca. When Buffy returned, Willow did her best repair their friendship, but found they had both changed too much to be able to go back to the way they were, and many mistakes were made. In the end, they managed to become friends again, but without feeling that trust or closeness they once shared. Xander Harris Xander was Buffy's other best friend, and had always been the comic relief of the group and the one who always brought doughnuts. Well, not much changed when Faith first arrived. However, slowly, Xander found his place as "the heart" - the glue that keep the Scoobies together. He became engaged to Anya, an ex-vengeance demon with many quirks that fit his personality just perfectly. When Buffy returned, Xander was mad at her, thinking she had abandoned them, but he was also quick to apologize when he realised he was wrong. Xander tried to befriend Buffy once again, but then turned his back on her,,,and once again he realised his mistake. Buffy and Xander became friends once again, but just as the case with Willow, things didn't ever become the same between them. Joyce Summers When Buffy "left" Joyce was heartbroken, but when the dark whirlwind called Faith came to town, she took the new Slayer under her wing. When Buffy came back, she had to try to be a good and fair mother to both the Slayers, which was easier said than done; Joyce found herself having trouble adjusting to her daughter's new personality and took Faith's side above Buffy's, most of the time. After the episode with the First, Joyce left on relatively good terms with her daughter, who got to keep Revello Drive as a sort of "goodbye" and "good luck in your new life" gift. Spike, a.k.a. William the Bloody When Buffy left, Spike had just been a temporary ally, who left her to die - in other words; evil. When she returned, he had become one of the "Good guys", and a part of the Scoobies, considering a chip in his head makes him unable to harm humans. Molly Molly was the third, and rather naive, Potential, found on Remus' and Giles' trip to England. As Remus saved her from the Bringers, she immediately gained a crush on him, but when she realised he was already in a relationship, she instead began to regard him as her hero. Also a Buffy had a special place in Molly's heart, as someone who dated Remus couldn't possibly do anything wrong. As a Potential Slayer, Molly never really got to prove herself, as she was killed in the first confrontation against Caleb at the vineyard, something which had Remus shaken up for a long time. Annabelle A very dedicated Vegan and a sticker to the rules would be the best words to describe the English Potential Annabelle. She quickly manged to annoy the hell out of her surroundings with her belief in "eating meat is murder" and rather stuck-up, snobby attitude. Despite this, Annabelle would certainly have become a good Slayer - a by the book Slayer, but still - had she had gotten the chance. Unfortunately, that was not to be the case, as she was killed when she tried to take Caleb on by herself.. Indirectly, Annabelle's death also lead to Molly's, as the younger Potential impulsively tried to reach her, despite the fact that it was already too late. Kennedy Kennedy was the first Potential found, and the most independent of them as well, thinking herself undefeatable and better than eveyone else, and without needing any further training. This made her act mostly as a spoiled little brat with a complex of grandeur. Buffy managed to knock her off her high horse for awhile after the shortest sparring game history has ever seen, but after the episode with the vinyard, she was back to her old habits, thinking it Buffy's fault, just like everyone else. Soon, however, she changed her view of things once again, proving - once again - that she had a lot of growing up to do. The First When the balance was interrupted, it gave the First its chance to settle, and put its plans to work: Plans which included ridding the world of all Slayers so evil could roam freely. The First's main power is manipulation, as it can possess people with the help from the energy errupting from the seal of Danthalzar, the opening to the Hellmouth. However, it can also take the form of dead people, which can be very emotionally uppsetting, something Buffy had to experience the hard way,,, Luckily, the First cannot take physical form, but has to use minions to do its dirty work. The First was defeated, or at least forced to crawl back into the whole from which it came, when Buffy and co. put a stop to its plan by going down into the Hellmouth and defeating all the Turok-hans there, by turning all the Potentials into Slayers, and thanks to one nifty amulet. .. Caleb A former Priest, Caleb was what you may call the First's right hand man, given the task of organizing the attack on the Potentials all around the world. He was also given extraordinary strength whenever he and the First "merged", which made him a formidable, seemingly undefeatable opponent, something he loved to gloat about. Caleb was finally killed by Buffy, split into two pieces, from the bottom and up. Luckily. But...Yeouch. |
