Books In Homes
We are very lucky to be a 'Duffy' School. As part of this scheme we are able to get a great deal of brand new books into the homes of our children. One aspect of being a Duffy School is having 'Role Model' Assemblies where a famous New Zealander comes into the school and talks to the children about reading. On the 10th April we were very fortunate to have Lisa Manning from TV2's Mitre 10 DIY Rescue come and speak to the children. See some of the great pictures below from here wonderful visit. |
