Students in the Journalism IV program will be introduced to beginning journalism in both newspaper and yearbook. They will learn basic journalistic writing skills, as well as law pertaining to students' rights. Students in this class will produce some articles for the newspaper and spreads for the yearbook.
Students in the Journalism VI, VII, and VIII program make up the school's newspaper staff. They will be responsible for the general content of the newspaper, as well as its production and management. Students in this class will write specifically for the newspaper and are responsible for selling ads each nine weeks to support the publication. |
