| Registration Fees, Uniforms Fees Application to join Pack 1703 (2000-2001 registration fee) is $16 for Cub Scouts (which includes Boy's Life subscription) and $10 for Tiger Cubs (add $9.00 for Boy's Life subscription). All application fees go directly to Detroit Area Council, BSA to support the BSA National Office. Pack 1703 pays the registration fees of its adult leaders. Uniforms Cub Scouts (and leaders) buy their own uniforms, including council patch, pack numerals, and den number. Tiger Cubs wear an orange Tiger Cub T-shirt. Wolf and Bear Cubs wear the blue Cub Scout uniform. Webelos can choose to wear either the blue Cub Scout uniform or tan Boy Scout uniform. Help is available from your den leader and at the scout shops for proper uniform attire.
