We will remember that dark awful day, that our lives would forever change. Our loved ones were taken away. Right before our eyes, but we knew they were okay, we saw the angels in the skies, on that dreadful day.
We all stood together, and do it still today, it has been almost a year yet seems like yesterday!
Our hearts will forever hold some memories that is true today, for although you take our people there is so much you CAN'T take away!
My mind often wonders and I know they see it now, but as they were taken away did they know God would take care somehow?
Forget is something that we won't ever do and if someone does their heart is not true to our red white and blue.
Together we will stand, hold to each other grasping a friendly hand and remember all those we knew and loved and UNITED we still stand.
