Most recruitment is through birth. Pedophile daughters, pedophile submissive wives and child sex slaves go through a period in life from the onset of puberty through the early years of marriage in which they serve as "breeders," birthing new members into the sub-culture. This period extends in age from as early as age eight or nine through the late teenage and early twenties. The breeding period ends when the Master looses interest, primarily sexual interest, in the breeder, when the breeder is sold outside the subculture, or when fertility ends from medical causes. Pedophile daughters and pedophile submissive wives are used to breed more pedophile daughters or sex slaves, based on the discretion of the Master father. Sex slaves breed only more sex slaves.
Some recruitment comes through purchase. The child sex slaves are either bred from the existing stock of breeding slaves or are purchase items, purchased from the larger public. Many child sex slaves are purchased directly from their parent(s). It does not appear that child sex slaves are secured by kidnapping, although kidnapped children are used in the recruitment interview process for prospective new Masters.
Recruitment of adolescent and young adult breeders appears to come primarily through internet contacts and some personal contacts. Vulnerable females are located through internet chat rooms or internet clubs, especially clubs related to forced breeding and female slavery. Others are recruited through direct contact at bars and other locations. All are lured into the sub-culture through a variety of persuasive techniques. As stated earlier, it is possible the recruits are not fully aware of the true nature of the sub-culture.
Recruitment of prospective new Masters also appears to come primarily through internet and personal contacts. Personal contact seems to be the primary method, since the recruiting Master or pedophile madam has already had the opportunity to evaluate the prospect prior to active recruitment. Recruitment through the internet appears to be more passive. Females, or female identities, are used to front the recruitment, and are also used for most of the commercial child sex exploitation activities of the subculture. The use of females or female identities prevents the Masters from being exposed publicly, and is a means of legally compromising those who contact the sub-culture.
The recruitment process for prospective Masters runs through a series of "interview" steps. The steps for interviewing prospective Masters for pedophile daughters were described above. The steps for general membership within the subculture are nearly identical.
The prospect is assessed for his honest, trustworthiness, and genuine interest in incest and pedophile activities. This step is limited to conversation between the prospect and a pedophile madam, often a madam assuming the persona of a pedophile daughter or of a young female from the general public.
The prospect is then tested for sexual performance, and the ability and willingness to engage in BDSM type activities. The madam especially tests for abilities at discipline and negative reinforcement, and the ability to perform as a Master over submissives, but not over any specific submissive.
The prospect must then prove his pedophilia. In the communities studied, the prospect is usually required to secure a very young female, usually from the general community and by kidnapping, and to sexually perform with that young female in the presence of an evaluating pedophile madam. This step insures that the prospect is a genuine pedophile and gives the sub-culture a way to blackmail the continued loyalty of the prospect.
