In 1997 the Pegasus finals were held in Randburg at one of Gauteng's most popular clubs, "Deja Vous." The first prize that year was an overseas holiday and the second prize was a video camera. Nick Zulu all but tied up the championship but didn't bargain on Alan Broude to make one of his famous come backs. Alan took the title on a 6-5 frame win. |
