I have worked so hard and long To make this blanket for your home

With every Stitch I've had one wish To fill your afternoon nap with bliss

And while you may find it soft and cozy Please, please don't be nosey

Don't look too closely or you may see that it's not as perfect as could be Found on a store shelf or at the mall

But that's not the purpose of this wrap at all. Perfection is not the key

Maybe - I've made it for me…. - Just a thought

-Because of the memories it brought-

Of A little girl ready to cuddle, jumping in her mothers "rump spot "for a snuggle. A mother's afghan all around, safe and secure…ahh the comfort zone is found.
