Ah, another sorta prety long update. Could it be I am *gasp* getting lazier? Is it *look of horror* possible? Am I turning into a *mild look of shock* lazing worm/bug/insect? <thinks>

Nawwww ......

In any case, yesterday was again for me "one-of-those-days-you-know-you-shouldn't-get-out-of-bed-for-yet-you-still-do-coz-real-life-is-calling-you"

Anybody ever had any one of those raise up their hands!

*haiiiii!* <Lia raises up her hand>

Oi! Not you you idiot <bonks ownself's head>

Ouch. That kinda hurt ;p

In any case, part of it had me hopping around Singapore on one foot cozmy right shoe heel broke. 'course, that's before I decided to break my left shoe's heel to regain my equilibrium hehehe ...

reminds me of the time I walked barefoot in the streets of London on a cold winter (or was it autumn's?) day. *That* too was an interesting experience ... ^^;;

I'm back into an Inuyasha mood, courtesy of my cousin who passed me a few episodes to watch. Damn it, why doesn't he have the rest of it! Now I'm stuck at episode 78! *sobs*

I went to Kinokuya yesterday *drools over the artbooks* and I saw soooo many things! This included the enormous HikaGo artbook, and other artbooks like Inuyasha, Kenshin, CLAMP and others!

Argh! Such places shouldn't exist to tempt fans like us! *pouts*

Sigh. Why is there a lack of anime goods in Singapore? Where are the keychains? The pogs? The plushies? The phone accessories? The folders? The paperletters? The ... *sighs*.

A very happy 21rst bday to Ce-chan!! Well, one day late but well, was too tired to update my blog until today ^^;;

In any case, best wishes for the future and anything you do!

And also in the congratulations spirit, congrats to Eve for opening her cool looking new Project ARMS website! <drools> her site had *really* expanded quite a bit since it's opening a few years ago! Good work Eve! ^.^

Also learnt from her that the StS Hades sequence is *finally* gonna be made into OVAs! Yay! 'course, whether I'll be able to get my hands on it is another matter ... sigh. ^^;;

I am sad to announce the demise of my faithfull laptop after three years of service. Sigh. It wouldn't be so bad, since I'm using my bro's computerever since I came back *anyway* - if not for the fact that all my programs and mangas are still inside! wah! Well, luckily, I managed to grave my mangas. But ... but ... I lost certain irreplaceable programs like PaintShop Pro!! How on earth am I gonna do my backgrounds in the future?? <sobs>

<shrugs> ah well, where there's a will, there's always a way ^^;;

02.09.02

Yay! Time for a new layout again! This time featuring the guys from Zombie Powder. Ain't they cool? Personally, my faves are C.T. Smith and Elwood, but the rest are cool too! A pity the manga never got finished ... it had so much potential and there are so many things just left .... unsolved ^^;;

Yup, I'm back after a week or so absence, and am currently in S'pore! Finished with the packing and moving!

Ce-chan's came back from Japan and bought me lots of goodies! <drools>, I was rottenly spoilt hehehe ... I had ... keychains! (n the stuff u hang at ur h/p), of HikaGo characters (Sai! Touya! Hikaru!), Shanks from One Piece ... even One Piece Candy boxes! Shaman King bookmarks and a cute Kyo badge from Furuba. Lucky! =D Thanks Ce-chan!

And, don't feel so depressed! You're not alone over there remember? Since Elisabeth's coming back soon, both of you can have fun and chummy times together, you'll see, you'll still have lotsa fun! <grins>

Now apparently, she's all hung up on the guys from Prince of Tennis. And how could I blame her? They look/sound cute, cool and downright droolably bishounen <grins>

Today though, I woke up in the most terrible of moods. Depressed and stuff, and with a major mother of a headache (and I rarely get headaches, nope, i'm more a stomach-sick vomit-all sort of person. Yuck >.<. Wonder why I even bothered mentioning it ^^;;), luckily, I do feel slightly better. And since the best way to kick you out of a depression is to, yes, kick your butt, well, here I am trying to cheer myself up on my blog.

No. Don't say anything, I know I don't have a life.

What cheered me up somewhat is that my cousin promised to bring me all 26 episodes of Furuba! Yay! Hopefully, I'll be consoled when I vision them ^.^

about

Ja, or Lia or Li-chan is a twenty year old bespectacled and shy person who thinks life can be quite a bummer sometimes. Well, not life. Just Reality.

She speaks English, French and Mandarin (but can't read it to her great despair), and has a passion for Japanese animation and mangas.

Despite speculations, she is neither senile nor does she bite. Mad, on the other hand, is a altogether another matter. What else? Oh. And she has the bad habit of tripping over things and has frequent bouts of memory loses. Figures.

story

Zombie Powder - by Kubo Taito about Akutabi Gamma, a highly wanted and very powerful man/criminal (SO class).

quest

to gather the 'rings of the dead' which put together give birth to the 'zombie powder' which has the ability of raising the dead.

friends

Soon joined by Elwood who, although is the youngest is also probably the most mature of the bunch. CT. Smith, Gamma's very powerful but equally zanny (think cuckoo) partner.

Opinion

Although Gamma looks to be at first the main hero, the other people of the cast soon take as important a space (like Elwood for eg.). Cool, action-paced, good suspense, interesting ideas, it's a pity the manga ended early and unresolved. Go check it out at Toriyama World, it's worth it ^.^
