STAFF INVOLVEMENT | ||||||||||||||
The Trust encourages staff involvement at all stages of service planning, implementation, delivery and review. Formal trade union involvement is through a range of committees covering pay, equal opportunities, health and safety and the general management of the Trust. The groups include: Joint Consultation and Negotiation Committee; Joint Local Negotiating Committee; Health and Safety Committee; Equal Opportunities in Employment Working Group; Staff Trust Funds Working Group. Click here for minutes of these groups. In addition, other groups are established as required to consider specific issues or to review employment policies. Staff and staff representatives are also encouraged to play a full role in the business planning process. The Trust and Trades Unions are keen to support staff who may wish to become general or health and safety representatives. If you are interested, need Trades Union support or have any queries, please contact a lead representative. |
