You do not need to have a website. Of course,it is best that you have so you can display your codes/button/banner on your site & show it^_^! But anyway,anyone can join as long as...(read above---that's right!). 3. If you have a site,no porn site please! And no "yaoi"/"yuri" a.k.a "gay","homosexual" or "bi" site too! It's really sick and gross*yuck*! 4. If you have a site,make sure you diplay your codes/button/banner! I will kindly give you a week(hey! other fanlistings/cliques site said "as soon as possible or else...!) to do that and if I checked your site & there's still not one yet,then you will be automatically deleted! 5.
