This is the separate page for general comment and info for the Knight Hunters. Expect a lot of Ran-praises since unfortunately, I am pro-Ran. (RAAAAN!!!^o^)  Oh well. 

Honestly speaking, they have WONDERFUL loose art and still poses. And I mean WONDERFUL. Totemo subarashii. The lines are smooth, and the color shadings are just the best. They have given a great emphasis on the eyes, and don't the eyes look good! The fashion's a little, erm, say, just a bit weird, OK? But all things forgotten, it's overall rating in my book would be **** stars. (Gosh, I'm crazy...)

Shadoll: Neh, you forgot to mention ONE bad thing (at least, don't kill me!) about Weiss...

Yeah, yeah, OK. Honestly...the art is wonderful, the story's great, the guys are smooth, but the animation's just a bit...crude, mildly speaking.  Considering it's a fighting anime, they should have given much emphasis on detail and on action and character movement. Ja, a LOT of emphasis on action and character movement. Sometimes, if you're sharp enough to notice, (and if you're not TOO engrossed with Ken's blue eyes...) the fight scenes tend to lack in substance and grace evident on such acclaimed animes like Rurouni Kenshin (Samurai X), Yu Yu Hakusho (Ghostfighters), even half of Fushigi Yuugi's suspense and Rekka no Honou's (Flame of Recca) meaty brawls. When Ran slashes, his victims are shown bloodless. (Unless, of course, he has borrowed his cousin Kenshin's sakabatou...^.^) Sometimes the face features are exaggerated, making the guys look, well, not like themselves.  If you take still shots and screencaps, though, you'd appreciate it much, much more. (Da. I still appriciate it.) I shall stop criticizing then. Just that one flaw. Now forget about it. (I can't believe I said such things...)
