May God grant you the comfort that you seek.
May He console you through your grief.
May you know you’re not alone.
As your mother enters her celestial home.

May her love remain and guide you through
The coming days, in all you do.
Just look to heaven when you need strength.
She’ll send a legion of angels and God’s sweet grace.

Then just as she did when she was here,
She’ll give you comfort and allay your fears.
‘Cause nothing can ever stand in the way.
Of a mother’s love when her child prays.

So in those moments when your mind is still,
Take note of the love she knows you’ll feel.
Because there’s never a distance far enough
That a mother can’t lend her special touch.

So look to the heavens and look to your heart.
Know you’re never far apart.
Find your strength in a mother’s love.
