I went to a 99 Cents Store Only on Ash St. and Valley Parkway, in Escondido, Ca., buying a box of frozen chocolate cherry ice creams on a stick. I put them in my pillowsack I use also besides a back pack to carry stuff, and walked to the nearest bus stop on Ash St, on my hurting disabled knee cap problem, catching bus number 1152, route 352, about 4:45 p.m. The driver, a female who is carrying on a conversation, with another female driver, sitting in the Senior-Disabled section, her bag taking up a seat space besides herself. SHE IS EATING POTATO CHIPS. So I take that as a clue, and I get out one ice cream bar, unwrap it, break off a piece from its top, putting the other into my pillowcase bag, so it wont drop anything to make a mess...Suddenly, the driver sitting in the Senior seat says loudly, pointing at me, "You cant eat on the bus." The other driving driver chimes in as well, leaning over, pointing to a notice that says eating not allowed. I said, "But you were eating potato chips!" Then I added, I have seen lots of drivers eating on the bus, as they drive AND drinking from containers of coffee." The female driver, violating my freedom of speech tells me "to forget it." At the transit station, I get off, and sit in the rain as others have to standing, because she chooses to close the doors, on her break, and continue her chat with the other driver. Most drivers in these circumstances would allow folks on, the bus safely without keys, motor off, as they took their break in their special transit quarters. What they did was beckon a security guard, and then they once again left on a run, with me aboard as well.
Non stop talking to each other, is it possible, they had a little St. Pats Green liquid refreshment?
Keep in mind, NCTRANSIT are trying to fund a light rail, but can they be trusted?)
I cant list Driver names, because they either refuse or just give a first name.
BUT they can ask for OUR I.D. for our names etc., for all we know, they could be terrorists.
On a Sunday, 02, 18, 02, a remarkable incident took place. I was sitting on the 320 Express going to Vista Transit Center, transit bus 921 or was it 321?, in the disabled section. I was talking with a local Homeless in a spirited manner, when the Black driver SHOUTED at me to cover my mouth when I coughed. I challenged his manner and his demand, explaining, it was not a cold, merely an allergy. Shouting, he said I would comply or go sit in the back of the bus. I refused, I am both disabled and Senior, to move out of an area designated for such as I. He then ordered me off the bus at Vista Transit center, which I did do. He then signaled a security guard, a person that refused to stop and speak with me. On and on it goes....
IN MARCH of this year, an older female driver source told me, that "Some years ago, a private group formed to bring a light rail into North County San Diego. They proceeded to raise capital and obtain all the necessary permits, and having done so, were refused by North County Transit Adminstration the right to continue, so the project stopped, THEN SOMETIME LATER! NORTH COUNTY TRANSIT PROCEEDED WITH ITS PLAN TO DO THE SAME THING", isnt that illegal or anti trust, muchless unethical?!
Recently, the North County Times newspaper revealed, that 40% of the light rails funds will be coming by the Federal Government, as yet unapproved. I certainly see their hesitation. Recently, the NCT director, Martin Hinnkoff, resigned! Right before a super agency is to come in and tie all transit systems in county under one umbrella, consider too, the San Diego transit system has reported ex convicted felons working in their maintenance areas, with reported high theft in those yards. All of this in a terrorism year, in a system adjacent to a foreign country, Mexico, is not good...I have no doubt whatsoever, as reported to the Feds that illegal aliens are being brought into this nation by transit probably at night or in the morning...last night, I saw on transit bus, a shaven head of a young Oriental male, that didnt yet look citizen...One of the transit drivers complained to me, that "none of the adminstration higher ups ever ride the transit, preferring their Alexis luxury cars."

entering a 320 Express bus #1144 (about 9:00 a.m.)at the Vista, Ca., Transit center, I noted the driver in stress. As we went, I noted an elderly female motor mouthing him from her front seat across from the driver. She talked incessantly towards him. I could see in his in bus rear view mirror, his extreme discomfort. I then moved up to next to her, and heard her trivial output. She said she had been on the bus, since early in the morning. At some point, he said his "vacation began Friday." At the NCTransit District office bus stop, I disembarked, saying to the driver, "I fully comprehend your stress." He replied, "Yeah." I IMMEDIATELY WENT INTO THE NCTRANSIT ADMINISTRATION OFFICE BLDING, APPROACHED A RECEPTIONIST AND ALERTED HER TO THE FACT THE DRIVERS STRESS AND THAT HE WAS BEING STALKED, explaining. The receptionist behind her glass partition then ridiculously replied, "I think the driver can handle the situation." I asked to speak to a supervisor. After a few minutes, I asked again, and she directed me to the outside front, where he stood, apparently on a smoke break. With him were two other NCT office female employees. I related my fears of a possible situation for bus accident, his demeanor alerted me, he didnt care! I warned him that I have asked for an Federal investigation and audit, and that their light rail might not be funded. I told him not to underestimate citizens. I crossed the street to await another bus, and the same 320 Express bus which went to its end of the line and was returning, still had the motor mouth female in her same seat! I rushed across the street, and was told the same supervisor Ron Barrows on the phone. I asked the receptionist on the right, the name of the other receptionist, she refused. ALL OF THIS IS WHY WE HAVE TO CONTINUE TO FEAR CONTINUED TERRORIST ATTACK!! (JUST HAPPENED< SAMEDAY< , on bus route 303, bus 1121, at 1:59 p.m., I asked driver if on bus board cameras recorded passengers inside, AND HE REFUSED< ORDERING ME OFF OF THE BUS! SAN DIEGO COUNTY TRANSIT TYRANNY...Exhausted, I took my last bus out of Oceanside area, on bus rt. 303, I think bus 1003, on which was a senior driver, for whom, some months ago, I requested NCTransit admin. give him a test for Alzheimers, because of his past irrational behavior. There are tests and treatments that could prolong his life if detected early. Apparently, they didnt, because on this trip, suddenly his left hand goes up displaying a particular symbolic gesture, which means he's either a University of Texas fan or it was the sign of the devil. When I got off, a man in front of me, thanked the driver, as I always do, the other man got a "You're welcome," I did not....MY MOTHER DIED OF THIS DISEASE, I KNOW WELL ITS SYMPTOMS...J.B.

An Open Letter To: The WASHINGTON DC: FBI, DEA, and DOT(Transportation), San Diego County District Attorney PAUL PFINGST, Superior Court Judge Dumanis, The North County Transit District, The San Diego Union Tribune, and North County Times Newspapers:
INDIVIDUAL TRANSIT DRIVERS CAN BE FILED AGAINST IN FEDERAL COURT, FOR NOT FOLLOWING FEDERAL GUIDELINES. BOARDING THE 302 route, bus 1114, I sat in the Senior disabled front section. A Hispanic or Mexican couple boards with an ENORMOUS baby carriage. she sits immediately in front of me, the baby carriage IN THE AISLE, BLOCKING MY EXIT. The carriage is big enough for drugs and baby, said because she seemed apprehensive. When it is time for me to disembark, I call attention to the blocking to driver, and released, then address him, at his seat about carriage in aisle. He says "There is little, he can do." And I say, "You could alert them." And he replies. "I dont think it will do any good." Later, in another bus, I check to see if federal regulation is posted. It is not. But on bus 349 one, I find it is: "Federal Law 49 CFR 37.167. along with statement alerting this seating for Seniors and disabled. This is never held to by drivers. ( Ihave suggestd in an email to Feds, that the area this woman entered bus, may be a drop off point for illegals to enter transit system. I have noted a considerable number of women and babes or small children enter the transit in this locale, which has a heavily Mexican populus. One never sees the Border patrol etc. carding these, only males. Actually, I have never seen these officers at transit stations or on buses.) Keep In Mind, San Diego Sits Next To Mexico!
In Escondido, Ca., I get off near Quince and Mission streets, walk up street to Carls, Jr. restaurant, about a block away, drink a quick snack, and cross the street to wait for a bus 302 going the same direction, IT DOESNT COME FOR NEARLY AN HOUR! ITS SUPPOSED TO BE EVERY 30 minutes on Saturdays. I see two 320 expresses come by, on 30 minutes schedule. During the last year, I have proposed to the Federal authorities that besides these such occurences, I have witnessed buses at wee hours of morning, appearing, across the county, sometimes one following the other, and suggest illegal activities may be at fault, including illegal aliens or drugs.

On Sunday,9,29,02 I entered bus #306 coming in from Fallbrook. Ca., to Vista transit station. I entered at 5:00 pm. showing my pass to driver, taking one step foward, I was slammed into seating. I was clearly, wearing a backpack, carrying a gallon of water(8 pounds wt.) and a cloth bag of groceries, plus I am Senior and disabled. But this happens all the time. Today,9,30.02, aprox. 10:30 am, I get on bus 302 to Oceanside, Ca.(1141),,,and stand to show driver my pass, He shouts behind him to passengers saying, "You called me a jerk, come up here.!" The man comes up. The driver demands an apology, The man refuses. The driver orders him off the bus. I am still waiting to show driver my pass, finally, I do. The driver driving lurches onward.
Later, I enter the 315, #919, Showing my pass, I am slammed into a metal pole as the driver fast moves away! I shout, "Why dont you wait me to sit down?! Finally, I sit down about only two feet from back of driver. The driver says "Why didnt I ask Her?..I AM SENIOR, OBVIOUSLY DISABLED, AND I AM SUPPOSED TO ASK HER?! As we travel, I tell her, I read about a San Diego driver who was beaten, recently, which I read about in the newspaper, the driver doesnt know of the issue...still nervous, in casual talk, I tell a person, facetiously, I sometimes think of blowing up the bus...I dont know how that erupted out of me, its untrue. When I got off, this driver did not lower the bus steps for me. Later, at the Mission computer library, I noted on leaving the computer lab, an Oceanside Police Officer, I gave him my website url, just in case, the powers that be, stupidly took my silly remark seriously.
On the return trip into Oceanside proper, on bus 782, when I entered the driver GLARED AT ME. Then later, I saw him using the bus phone.
The below, not a transit issue, please note, the Feds didnt say thank you for the information:
DANGER TO PRESIDENT BUSH?!:June 22, 02, The North County Times Newspaper(Escondido, Ca.) LOCAL SECTION, B, on left side of that page was a column by Barbara Henry who described attending a graduation ceremony in which President Bush spoke in the ceremonies. 4 paragraphs down, she states "By the time, we got in, they'd stopped doing extensive security checks, figuring people who were far away (in the stadium) could only see President Bush through binoculars and weren't much of a security risk." THERE IS A SCHOOL SOMEWHERE IN THE SOUTHERN U.S. THAT FOR $695.oo FOR A SEVERAL WEEK COURSE WILL TEACH ANYONE HOW TO USE A SNIPER LASER TECHNOLOGY TO ASSASSINATE FROM A DISTANCE UP TO A MILE AWAY! (I immediately at the time notified the Justice Dept, of this possible danger. J.B.)

pass, THE DRIVER SLAMS ON ACCELERATOR SLAMMING ME LESS
THAN 3 feet down the aisle! I shout you could wait

me, I may have to get off next stop. She says, "I WONT
LOSE MY JOB," when I reinterate she will be reported

conversational ploy in talking to a young man, across
from me, I tell how in the past, I sent the Feds info
of a security leak possibility that could have

Mueller, Sometime ago I mailed a bought radio device
that I feared might be a future weapon to the San
Diego FBI office, yesterday at Brother Bennos(3260
Production Ave. Oceanside, Ca. 92054), when I went to
get my mail, a box from them was there, the Fed Ex box
had been compromised by someone either entering it ot
attempting to do so. I have mailed all to your
Washington offices, asking you look into the device as
well as the Brother Bennos possibility. This is a free
mail service, where folks get their S.S.I. and other
govt. checks etc. Whether there is criminal intent,
that is not for me to decide.
