THE LAND OF ENCHANTMENT

ENCHANTMENT
The land of enchantment is covered in mist
A land where the fairies hide deep within it
Trees rich with honey and fragrance abounds
There's roses and orchids and ferns on the ground

A bubbling brook hidden on a mountain of rock
Cascading down stones to a lush waterfall
Beneath a paradise of rich emerald green
A river emerges for the fairies to swim

Pools of clear water form on the ground
They turn into rainbows and dance all around
The forest is hidden neath a blanket of moss
The vines glow like magic wrapped round the treetops

Fireflies with tails that glow soft in the night
Mesmerizing glow, like a candle of light
Captured by fairies, they twinkle and glow
Until the soft dawn and then they must go

Fairies in gowns of soft colored hues
Made out of satin and sapphires of blue
Covered in garlands of flowers and ferns
Their faces shine bright as they dance and they whirl

The land of enchantment is covered in mist
If you look hard, you can see deep within it
To fairy's and sprites and mystical lore
A place of enchantment ... for evermore
